Save some money and get a better lift, that's the best suggestion I can give you. Any lift with lift blocks will ride like complete ****, no matter what you do to it.

get springs, dont go blocks, blocks are ok you dont need springs.... blah blah blahh....

they have been putting blocks on trucks since forever, people run them everyday with no problems.

they are not going to ride any worse than factory, why you ask? because they dont change the factory spring rate, you put on bigger wider tires that is where your ****ty ride comes from.

if your going to be doing any hard wheeling or mudding I would steer clear of them, but since this is your DD, and your not going to be slinging mud from 4 foot deep holes, you will be fine with blocks,

Just cause lift blocks work for you doesn't mean they work for everyone. I've had multiple vehicles (trucks and jeeps) that came with lift blocks and I personally think they ride like **** compared to spring/leaf lifts.

I've got a 4" RC lift with blocks and it rides just fine for a DD. I don't really wheel it or try to smoke ricers from every stoplight though. You can always go with blocks for now and buy leaf packs later.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with rough country and that lift or lift blocks!
As long as your leaf springs are in good shape a lift block is fine.
When asking questions like this make sure to take advice from guys that have installed/ran lifted trucks and not guys that are just passing along bad info.

You can always upgrade your leaf spring to a lift leaf pack or add a leaf down the road.
Here's my 93 with 6" lift and 4" blocks in the rear.
Works fine off road and towing.

Not sure why it posted the pic so many times! Lol

Like I said before, just because you don't agree with it, doesn't make my info "bad info" as you claimed. I've seen guys bust lift blocks, u-joints, and even CV drive shafts from axle wrap.
