Default Leveling kit

anyone know a website where I can get a 2" leveling kit for a 1994 reg cab 2wd? I have been looking and the oldest I have seen so far is for a 97-03.

found one on rough countrys site. says for 4x4 but all your buying are bigger springs to bring up the front end. so i wouldnt see how it would matter between a 4x4 and 2x4
