Ahhhhh, that explains it. That's a lot of lift for the front without a drop bracket. Not surprised they couldn't get the alignment right. I would change up that setup to a proper 4-6" lift so you don't risk damaging your ball joints. You suspension is extending a lot more than designed when at full droop.
