Default Leak's

These leak's are driving me absolutely crazy. I got up under the truck today and all the tranny pan bolt's were a little loose, so I tightened them and It's still leaking. Do you think the gasket is just shot or do I have a bigger problem? It's also leaking tranny fluid were the drive shaft goes in.

I'm guessing this leak between the tranny and the block is from the rear main seal. Oil pan and valve cover's looked fine. How hard is it to change that out.

Any advice would be appreciated I want to try and fix all of these leak's this weekend.

My truck is in the same boat as yours minus the driveline seal. Usually if the bolts have not been torqued down properly or have worked loose the gasket will not seal properly after tightening the bolts back down.
