Default Leaf spring holder removal

See it has 3 carrage bolts going into the frame but the other side there is no nuts it just looks like carafe bolts in the same spot. Thanks.

When I removed the rusted, broken Rear leaf spring hangers when I first got my truck(leaf springs were riding on the bottom of the bed), I had to use an air cutoff tool to grind the bolts off.

can you tell me how you realeased the pressure of the leaf springs. i started to grind the studs and i got the back 2 grinded off but i dont want to grind the other ones and have fling back at me after i finish cutting them. i have 2 left. the grined ones i cant seem to pound thorough the rest of the frame either. thanks

i tried to experiment that it seemed like put more pressure on it as i jacked it up. i took the u bolts off on the side im taking the hanger thinking it would help some. wuould this work better if i removed the ubolts on the other side too.
