Default keyless remote re programming ?

my keyless entry box smoked and I found one in the junkyard. how do I re program my old remote to work with my new box. 94 f150. I see they sell the remotes on e bay so I assume there is a way to re program them.

On my 99 Mustang you get in shut the doors. Put key in ignition. Turn to run then to off several times and doors will lock. Immediately start pushing unlock on key fob. When doors unlock its programmed. Dealer wanted $80 to program it.

Yeah what he said.
Programming connector located behind the little cubby thing to the right lower area of the column.
Grey 2 wire with nothing connected to it.
When you jump it locks should cycle.
This confirms you are in the program mode.
You will need all the remotes you will be using for your truck.
One at a time lock or unlock the doors.
Wala you ere back in business.
(We hope ).
