Then you should be good to go. Even though I have auto trans, I couldn't stand not having a tach. I put the replacement panel in & connected it, figuring I'd wire the tach later. Boy was I pleasantly suprised!

Dude if the wiring harness you had that wouldn't work was for a MAF setup I hope you didn't throw it away. The Gen 1 Lightning guys eat those things up for conversions.
