I have a 1991 f150 w/ 4.9 it has a remanufatured head, new crank, cam, lifters, pushrods, pistons & rings, rocker arms, but it will not accept fuel and has a rattle in the upper part of the motor. I checked the lash yesterday and it looks okay. At this point I don't know what to look for. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

 

is it fuel injected 91 should be and does it run
