Default Emissions System Refresh

As some already know, I am working on replacing various parts on my truck over time that are priced within reason. I recently scanned for codes and got a code 46R and coincidentially, there are emissions system related parts I have been wanting to replace, so now should be a good time.

Here is a list of parts I am looking to replace:

Upper diverter valve (back of engine)
Lower diverter valve (behind smog pump)
Exhaust Check valve - (bolts to a.i.r. pipe on back of heads)
Smog pump

No longer made and salvage yard only:
TAB solenoid
TAD solenoid
Correct me if I am wrong on these.

Already replaced:
EGR valve position sensor
EGR valve
EGR DPFE solenoid

My question here is what am I missing? Anything or is this good for a refreshing of the emissions system.
