Default ice and salt problem

hi everyone ive have a fairly big problem yesterday my home town had this huge ice storm come through and no my entire white truck is covered in black road grime and salt. and i was wanting to know what is something that can clean it easily and keep it that way better next time

a car wash once the roads dry up, and wipe down all of the door seals so that they don't freeze shut.

yea they've already froze once while i was on my way home in the ice but i parked in my garage and let the heat melt all of the ice away

how about washing it in the garage if its above freezing?

are heat is off out there right now and theres not a whole lot of room to work around it or i would

On our bog trucks we spray the hell out of WD40 and the mud falls right off. Would that work for this other stuff too?

Once you get it clean you could wax it really good, like 2-3 coats and that might help the stuff come off easier.

thats what my dad always says but like i mentioned earlier theres no heat in my garage and were still gettin a steady rain/ice mix right now so ive give up on cleaning it for now
