Default I have a problem! Help

I have a 95 f150 that’s Hard shifting when it’s at running temp and seems to be running a little hot and ideas what that could be?

You didn't provide a lot of information but I would start with a pan drop, fluid and filter change with the proper fluid for starters.

the transmission fluid does run through the radiator. though it is a different circuit than the engine coolant. larger vehicles with larger GVWR ratings, have larger transmission coolers to help keep it from overheating

sorry for for lack of info truck shifts fine when cold but once I’ve been driving it and it’s at running temp it kicks hard in revere and will shut off sometimes and seems to idle high when in park I’ve replaced the vss and coolant temp sensor and I’m still having the same problem
