if my slave cylinder starts leaking how long before the clutch starts slipping?

If it starts leaking it wont be slipping, you just wont be able to disengage it all the way which will lead to hard shifting and the pedal stuck to the floor.

get that oil on the clutch and it will start slipping, so you have until the clutch gets oil soaked or goes to the floor.

im asking because im not sure if its my slave or not, the way i figure the bell house should be full of brake fluid by now im loosing about half the m.s a week, but the thing is that im not having any problems with the pedal or shifting, and the clutch isnt slipping, everything is working great except the fluid loss

It's not leaking that bad then, sort of.

its been doing this since december , if it was the slave wouldnt i be having bigger problems by now? im just trying to figure out where all that fluid is going

It runs out on the ground through the bell housing drain

llook under your dash, the master likes to leak and it flows into the cab under the dash and then under the carpet/ floor covering
