Start with a code check and fuel pressure. Any smoke out of the exhaust or smell of fuel?

Engine mounts would act up all the time, not just after a hot start.

Mine does the exact same thing.
I'm thinking it's either heat soaking, or the TB sensor.

tired mounts , low rotating speed, high torque and especially a sputter during start up (mine acts similar sometimes) , just things to check. the trans mount should be checked too. you should be able to see when starting by jumping the relay underhood and watching the engine. some movement is fine but very twisty motion would be a sign for mounts. the engine being inline 6 may be minimizing the effect at other times. id wonder if theres some leaky injectors causing a stumbling startup too , just things to think about

google your symptoms, I read where the TPS or TB sensors are prone to getting cruddy, clean out the connection tends to help.
mine does the exact same thing, but sat for a LONG time before I got it.
it's not as bad as it was, but I need to do the cleaning on mine as well.

we jumped the solanoid and it cranked fine so whatever it is isnt that but the motor and transmission mounts probably do need to be replaced soon but they havent failed

I'll try pulling codes and let you know soon and check exhaust and smell for fuel
