missed that. 67 is Neutral pressure switch open (key off) & A/C compressor chutch switch fault as a continuous memory code. Is it connected? Does A/C work? For 26 With the key on, what voltage do you get across the MAF connector?

With key on, minimum of 10.5 volts at the connector between contact A & B.

got fed up and put it in shop today, will let you know what ends up being wrong , if they figure it out.i'm really stumped.got in to pull it to the shop, started it and went to back up to turn around and it run pretty good,so i decided to try and drive it and drove it all the way to the shop.it didnt run the greatest but as long as i patted the gas it would go. so i'll just have to wait and see.

It sounds like you have jumped time I've seen it alot with 4.3 chevy. I would definatly re check the timing and do a compression test on #1 cylinder when you do. Next have your ignition module checked. But from what you've said it has to be valve train related
