Help!! Needing to know towing capacity!!

HI, I HAVE A 1996 4.9 INLINE 6 F 150 2WD, I HAVE THE BUMPER TRAILER HITCH, JUST wondering how much i can tow? if anyone knows pleASE help me out! thanks!

Ok, thanks a lot! And that's what I can tow with the trailer bumper? Given the proper hitch?
And the sticker is missing from my door, just bought it used

I tow my boat with my truck. I have the same truck as you, with the bumper as a hitch. I haven't had any problems so far. I've pulled people out of huge ditches also.
