Default HELP! need quick info

I'm doin the timing bump right now on my 96 5.0 L. I'm taking out the old plugs and they're reading about .070 in on the gauge. Shouldn't the new plugs be gapped at .055 for the timing bump? Thanks!

.052-.056 for a stock Coil.

I have the mad blaster coil. Should I gap them to .60 instead?
