Default help! loud clunking

alright so today i started to experience a high pitched clunking noise on my left front tire side , it feels like the tire it self is rubbing and vibrating the floor inside my truck, and it seems to do it when the wheel is straight or turned to the left , but not the right. a few days ago i heard a cluttering noise come from the left drivers side when i turned the wheel sharp but didnt think much of it but now its noticeable when im driving, anybody have an idea of what it could be? im thinking a bad ball joint or something
