Default Help Identifying Part

Hello All!

I have the common problem with my '95 5.0 where the air switches from vent to defrost when vacuum drops.

What I'm wondering is if anyone knows what the correct name or part number of the vacuum switch on the passenger firewall that the little white plastic vacuum line hooks up to?

I figured I will go ahead and order one and replace it when I do the vacuum line but I can't find anywhere what Ford called that thing.

I'll take a picture if no one knows what I'm talking about.
Thanks!

Bring your truck to a junkyard, and ask like an idiot. (Works for me)

Just test it by putting vacuum to it. The one with the white line is for the fresh air door. I have an extra.

It only controls the fresh air door? I hear what I assumed was the blend door popping back open when I stop accelerating, or maybe it's the fresh air door....I haven't done any in depth snooping around in there.

I figured I would just try the shotgun approach and replace all easily accessible suspect parts when I go fix it this weekend. I did a pretty extensive vacuum leak test a few weeks ago and the problem seems to be narrowed down to the crappy brittle white line and whatever that switch is called.

When any of them leak it makes all the doors go crazy.
