Default Help, got a free ford

Ok, I am not a ford guy, but I got a free F150, 1992 2x4. I got it becuase the front suspension broke and they guy didn't want to mess with it. It has high milkes, but runs really good. I really need a beater truck, and thought I could fix it real cheap and easy. So far, I can't even find the part I need. I thought will a 100 million of these things made, it would be cake. I need the front coil spring, upper mount, that is spot welded to the frame. What is it called, and other than the dealer, where can I get one?

Nope, unless the guy I was talking to doesn't know what they are. I do not need the spring, just the part that rivits to the frame, and is the top support of the spring. Does anyone know what it is called? I can't even find one on ebay.
