That happens when systems are disabled.

This is what I am talking about. Is the EGR replaced or still blocked off.

OK if that's working fine we can move on. Something strange from the data is that the codes are indicating a lean condition but both the short term and long term fuel trims are reducing fuel. If the engine is lean the fuel mapping should compensate by increasing fuel which would be a positive number. What I'm saying is of you had a vacuum leak I would expect to see positive numbers on the Stft and Ltft. So put simply the problem is not simple. I would run the motor on a scope and drive it taking recordings of sensor readings to track down the problem. Basically I recommended taking it to a technician. To eliminate things at your end I would check out the maf sensor, vacuum leaks and spark quality.

How does the truck start and idle when it first starts? O2 sensor should not kick in tell it hits 600 degrees. Whats the color of each plug? Test the map,ect and air intake temp sensor. Or at least clean the connections to them.

I'm thinking about taking it to a shop it has 5 sensors but I have noticed that when the truck is idling I has a slight stumble but when I unplug the maf it runs better but when it's plugged in it stumbles a little I have cleaned it also does it seem that ots bad?
