Well I need to know which systems are still there. Secondary air isn't the air filter it pumps oxygen into the exhaust system. If its not working on OBDII you may have driveability issues.

OK those are system too lean bank 1 and bank 2. That means that both your upstream 02 sensors read a lean condition. So you are either getting too much air down the exhaust. That means either too much air is getting in or the air isn't burning. Because it is on both banks ( both exhaust pipes ) its not likely to be a misfire. If you had a misfire on cylinders in both banks you would know it. The most likely like aktech said is a vacuum leak. You can verify this with a vacuum gauge. Autozone loans them out or Harbor Freight sells them cheap. I recommended buying one. They diagnose a lot of problems. If the vacuum measures low and stays that way there is a leak. You can spray starter fluid or WD40 around intake gaskets and vacuum lines with the engine idling. If the idle changes you have found your leak. Another good technique is elimination. Remove all vacuum lines from the manifold and plug the ports. If the idle changes one of them is your leak. Reconnect the lines one at a time until the idle changes again. If there is no change with all the lines removed, check the gaskets. Another possibility is a leak in the headers. Just remember the sensors measure how much unburned 02 is coming through. You have too much.

Dammit I keep forgetting which post I'm on. Is your EGR working? EGR gasses displace O2. The computers EGR sensors might have been bypassed or modified so the O2 sensor is the only think reading the problem. We still need to know what parts are missing to diagnose a computer controlled engine.
