ok so i'm not able to find anything on it exactly how do you adjust the headlights on a 89 f150 just got mine and the headlights are pointed way to high up

 

Open the hood. Clearly visible at the top of the headlight are 2 hex screws. Turn these for up/down and slight side adjustment. There is a third screw on top in the opening of the plastic radiator support cover. This one is for further side adjustment. Good luck with that, sometimes they like to snap off.
