Default hard starting question

i have a 95 f-150 with the 300 6cyl. it starts fine when the motor is cold but once i drive it and warm it up and try and start it again it will start but it

turns over about 10 times and then it starts but it has alot of blue smoke come out the exhaust like it was flooded or something. any ideas on what is wrong?

Blue smoke is usually burning oil not flooded. Flooded engines usually put out white smoke or thin black smoke. Does it smoke at idle?

That's what I thought. You ran your fuel pressure? You might also have a bad injector or two causing it to pour instead of mist fuel into the combustion chamber causing it to not burn fuel properly or completely. Does it stay with black smoke or just on startup.

just on start up and just when the motor is hot. when it is cold it runs perfectly, i checked the pressure regulator and that seems in check, and has a new filter about 6,000 miles ago

Wouldn't hurt to check the filter again. Especially if it was the OEM filter like mine. I changed it twice. On two consecutive oil changes just to be sure it was cleaned good. My guess would be the injectors.
