Default hard to put in gear ??

i have a 95 f150 5.0 5speed. i noticed about a month ago that it was real hard to get into first gear, i pretty much had to force it in gear. kinda like it was getting stuck. well i didnt think too much of is due to the fact it hasnt done it again since then until today. It seems to happen randomly now and its only first gear.
anyone know what could be going on?

Been told that it is the shifter bushings. Mine does it too. I can let off the clutch a little or rev it a little and it will slide right in.

Mine does this every now and then too; I just put it in neutral or reverse and then it'll slide into first with ease after that, but I should get on to the bushings soon

Check the level on the clutch MC.

I am not familar with your clutch set up but if you have the clutch master/slave set up you might start by checking the fluid level and for leakage.

The bushings help but it could be the shift fork. Could also be firewall flex.
