Default gutless in gear

1988 F-150 351 4X4. I recently did all of the tune up work, plugs, wires..... and the truck ran great. Now after 4 wheeling( dont know if this has anything to do with it) it seems to be low on power when in drive. The truck idles ok with no problem revving it up to 4K, but when in gear it has no power. The truck still drives but when before I could burn the tires off of it now it feels like a 4 banger. I have already checked the vacuum lines and the advance seems fine. The cat is ok, plenty of exhaust pressure coming out. Ant ideas? Help!!

Is truck stuck in 4x4? The hubs could be unlocked but the axles might still be engaged,

Its not stuck in gear, and I did check the timing. I just replaced a few vacuum lines and its a little better now but still feels like its missing half the power. Any other ideas?
