I tried checking my 95 5.0l and couldn't fond that radiator ground strap. Missing or am I looking in the wrong place? What engine is your 95?

After finding that broken strap, I would recommend locating and inspecting/cleaning any other grounds you can find. You should also check vacuum hose conditions. Vacuum makes things run happy as do clean grounds.

I feel it is worth noting that one of my previous cars (99 Dodge Avenger) tried to kill me due to a broken ground strap. It must have been a primary engine ground strap that broke, but it instead routed the ground through my throttle cable, which "welded" at near WOT due to heat while I was in town.

Lesson: Grounds are important.

Well I got new ones to find the old ones are riveted on. And I can't find the other end of the one that goes to the body from the frame.
