Default Grinding sound

Getting a grinding noise from what seems like the left front. It's only when turning to the left AND under throttle. Any parking lot or driveway, if I give it enough throttle (maybe 1/2 or more) is makes the noise but ONLY when turning to the left.

Bearings are fine. If it were c/v joints wouldn't it happen all the time? And why only under load?

you could always pull off the wheel and see whats going on. or open up your diff cover and see if theres any damage there.

It's not power steering, I've had a Ford before and I know what noise the p/s makes.

As far as pulling stuff off and looking, I've looked at everything that I can and it looks good. But how am I suppose to take the diff cover off the front? It doesn't look like you can.

How did you find out that was it? What did you look at?
