My truck has a lot of chrome. But chrome paint looks terrible. Unless I actually have it dipped. And I was actually trying to get AWAY from the chrome lol

i personally think mine looks better with chrome, not to much ofcourse. yours would prob look better blacked out though.

I like chrome but in my opinion there's way too much on the xlts. Bumpers rims trim window trim mirrors grille

lol yea im different. i think the xlts are fine, hell i dont like the look of these trucks without the black/chrome trim down the side. i think it looks to plain without them.

I like it too. But with that much chrome it looks out of place the second u put something on that's NOT chrome

Black wheels, interior of the grille painted black, still got chrome around the oustide, black headlights, black panty hose over the front ambers (didn't know if I wanted to niteshade, so wanted a non permanent way to see, still there 2 months later). That's the black stuff I've done with my truck, I think a couple black accents look good. I've got an XLT Lariat

That's exactly how I did my grille. Same mesh just for an 87-91. Don't be stealing my emblem placement idea!

THATS where I saw that lol I saw someone else put the emblem there and I liked it. I wanna put the mustang cobra in that corner lol

I'm at work right now but I just had a brilliant idea (censored for the moment)
But does anybody know how flexible the reflector strip in the back of the tailgate is?? If I were to remove it would I be able to get a slight curve in it??
