Default Gears

Alright I've searched old posts but I'm having trouble finding the answers I need. I have a 1994 F150 with the 8.8 rear end and front end, with 3.55 gears. I would like to put either 35s or 37s depending what looks better on 6" suspension and 3" body lifts. My main question is what gearing should i go for with either of these tires?

3.55s will be okay but 4.10 would be much better

I wheel my truck with 3.55s and 36s. But I have a zf-5 so that helps a ton. What transmission do you have? if you have an auto, i'd run 4.88s, if you have a 5spd, i'd run 4.56s. But that's just me.

Also... you do NOT have an 8.8" front end. You have a dana 44.

6" suspension lift, 3" body lift, and 36x15.50s.

I think I'm going to go with 4:88's. Where's the best place to get these gears? And does anyone know of a good shop in upstate NY (Albany) that would do a good job of installing for an affordable price?
