Default fuel system

ok im at wits end here and its been a long day so ill give as much as i can to see if i can get an answer

1988 ford f150 1/2 ton 4 wheel drive 5L EFI

I have replaced the intank fule pump and the rail pump, i have rempved the fule tank resivor for the dual tanks and just went straight to the front tank with the fuel lines. the truck was running all day yesterday with no issues no problems. woke up this morning to do the whole black friday ( yeah more like friday the 13th) and started rand till warm got in took off got around the corner and died. wouldnt start . spraied started fluid in the air intake and was able to start off the fumes and run for few seconds and dead so know im geting fire.

so trouble shooting ,
the fuesable link is good tested

the inerta switch was not triped but bypassed anyhow to make sure

new fule pump relay ( getting power to the relay)

NOT getting power to the tank pump ( the rear tank wire harnes was still on truck and even ran to the fron tank and swiched in cab to make sure wasnt bad wire in harnes)

I dont know were to go next lack of sleep cold weather and frustration with it makes me want to drive it off a cliff so if anyone can help me fig out how to get power to the fuel pump I will be much apriciated

The fuel pump Relay (Green) is controlled by the Electronic Engine Control (EEC)
System power Relay (Brown)

When energized, the fuel pump Relay provides power through the Inertia Switch directly to the High and Low pressure Pumps on single tanks models.

I think the problem may be the Brown EEC Relay (Next to the Green Fuel Pump Relay)

Or

The Dash-Mounted Tank Selection Switch is bad.
By-pass it since you only have one tank now.

If the front tank fuel level is below ¼, add 5 gallons of gas just to be sure…

I’ve always heard that when one fuel tank is disconnected, there will be problems…

Just my 2 cents.

Default problem fixed

ok thanks for looking and thanks for the help. i feel like an idoit but the problem has been fixed. the ground wire had detached from the negative post. ( lots of trtacing of other electronics and it was the one that was right there in front of me) guess should start replacing some of the rats nest of wires that previous owner had left.
