Maybe you should inspect the connection at the main computer plug.

Ok it has good continuity from the fp relay to the computer terminal and the connectors look good. I run good for about a day then start missing/surging under light acceleration. I pulled the codes now and have an 82 87 & 33. I hooked all of the vacuume lines back up to the egr and the tad/tab all had golf tees in them. Why am I getting the surge?

87 is fuel pump primary circuit failure.

I am still not getting the trigger signal from the computer I am assuming that's the reason for the 87. Is there something else the 87 points to?

You tested the pin right at the computer? It's tough, but if it keeps you from replacing a perfectly good computer...

Yeah I took out the computer and tested from the pin back, then checked for corrosion. Everything looked good.
