Default Fuel Pump Relay

I got an 88 F150, want bto check the relays because theres no fuel being pumped by either low pressure pumps. I need to know how to check them and where to look. if no one could tell me to go out and buy chiltons id appreciate it because i have two already and those are bare bones man and arent specific.

There's only one relay, and if the high pressure pump is working then so is the relay.

Sean is right there's only one relay.
It doesn't have to have fuel pressure to it to turn on it should come on for a second or two when the key is turned on just like the tank pumps do then get power again once the engine cranks just like the tank pumps.

The relay, on my 89 4.9 at least, is one of only two relays, just behind the air filter box. One is the eec relay, the other is the fuel pump relay. It has a green connector on it. The relay is like 8 bucks at autozone, I didn't bother to check it, I just replaced it.
