fuel pump help!!!!!

I'm tryin to change fuel pump on my 93 150 straight 6. Is it a quick dis connect to get the lines off the pump? If so anyone know what size? And to get the pump out? I'm guessin to bump it counter clockwise??

Yes it's a quick disconnect, sometimes lol.
5/16" & 3/8"
Yes counter clockwise to remove
