Fuel Pump
I've got a '91 F150 Xlt Lariat and it has the dual tanks,and as usual the front tank has an issue. is there another pump besides the intank pumps, and if so,where is it? the back tank is filling up the front and i'm trying to figure this damb thing out.

The 91 doesn't have a frame mounted fuel pump...
If you are cross-filling, the check valve in the tank that is getting filled is bad. The only way to fix that is to replace the entire fuel pump assembly in the front tank.
I'd replace the sending unit and the wiring harness that runs from the frame to the tank while you're at it.

Changin out one now
93 duel tnks frnt ovrflow fr/back
1) Make sure you have a syphon ball and drive on it as long as you can to
empty as much fuel out of it.
2) You'll need 1 or 2 jacks (if every ones busy) to do it yourself.
3) Where goggle's
4) I got mine @ LMC there rebuilt retech's w/ float,stainer, gasket , lock ring and new harness , have to call em tomarrow because wire colors dont match instructions, but for the price cant be beat.Kinda like everything else ,one or two asian companies make the part and numerous companies by em and put their name on it the way I see it.
