Default Fuel Pressure

I have a 91 f150 with a 302 efi. Can anybody tell me how many psi the fuel pump is supposed to put out. Truck idles fine but has hesitation when you rev the engine. At crusing speed it has a sputter to it. It has new air filter, plug wires, plugs, distributor cap and rotor button. I beleve my fuel pump may be weak. Want to hear some other options before I put one in.

Try cleaning the IAC first man. The psi should be between 28-45 for fuel pressure.

Is the vacuum line for the regulator the red one coming out of the top of the regulator? should the pressure jump up to 35 imediately or does it take a couple seconds for the gage to get to the reading? having the same problem almost
