Fuel Pump Relay:

If it's located hanging off the back side of the air filter housing next to the PCM relay, it's the "green" based relay.

open your door and turn the key on but dont start it, you should beable to hear the fuel pump kick on for about 3 seconds. then shut back off.

is it harder to start the first start of the day/after it has been sitting for a while? meaning once it starts you can shut it off it will fire right back up?
if this is your symtoms, then you flow valve in the pump is bad, letting fuel flow back off the motor back into the tank.

or the pump might be kicking on but is to weak to flow enough fuel for the demand of the motor.

both of these symtoms are common on our trucks.

get a fuel pressure gauge.

hook it up. bleed the system then go from there.

If fuel pressure at rail, but no start, could be secondary fuel problem. ECU not telling the injector's to fire.
