fuel hand bouncing up and down help!!

fuel hand bouncing up and down help!!

I have a 88 f150 with i6 my fuel hand bounces up and down im not sure would it be the sender or what any help would be appreciated, thanks

Its either the sender or your gauge is really sensitive to sloshing fuel. How long has it been doing it?

its been doing it since ive had the truck just didnt kno if it was a easy fix or not
