Default front trans seal

well guys i go to the biggest cruise in of the year tonite and was havin fun ridin around till a guy comes up and says. my truck is leakin real bad
well i get out and look the front seal is blowin completely out.
i go park it at a gas station and come back later to find all the fluid on the ground and then i put 2 quarts in it they ran out in less than a minute.

so my truck is 15 miles away with a blown seal waitin to be trailered home

so does anyone know who much it would cost to replace the seal

The seal is about $5, so if you do it yourself it will cost $5. Check for a cracked flywheel while it's apart.

Also, be sure to check the tranny cooler lines for holes. I don't know how many times I have seen people change the front seal only to see that it was a cooler line the whole time. When they leak they spray fluid all over the place.
