Default Front suspension replacement

So I'm off work for all of December and was thinking about changing ball joints, tie rods and adjusting sleeves. Never done any of it. How hard is all that to do? It's 2wd. Any help would be nice and pics always help

It's not too hard, just make sure you have a press it ball joint tool, and a lot of time.

Oh yea, and a BFH

You can rent the tool from autozone or somewhere right? I've definitely got the hammer though. I'm on vacation until after the new year so time isn't a problem. Thanks

Soak time makes it easier. Shouldn't take you too long unless you're working outside or something. Also make sure you have a jack stand under the frame rails. Makes it more stable.

Luckily I have a garage now. As far as tools I think I'm set. I just don't know much about suspension stuff. Do I have to take the springs off too?
