Default Front right brake line problems? Help!

How hard is it to fix the front right brake line on a 1992 f250 4x4 w/ 5.8?

Just got the 4x4 fixed, when I lock the hubs and throw it in 4x4, it feels funny if I turn too far, is this normal? (separate question) It feels "loose" but going straight and turning just a little makes a vibrate like its rubbing..

Which brings me to my next problem, my brakes. Front right brake is now leaking.. not from the metal line (at least not visibly, it looks like it's comming from where the line runs through the frame (or a metal area) (I know horrible with mechanics).

I was fooling with the fixed new 4x4 (gear was shot on other side) and while trying to burn it out, I popped the line (wanted to see if all 4 slide.. and they do).

Can anyone offer advice and an estimated shop cost to fix this line?

Maybe some insight in to why my 5.8 idles rough...

Before it idled rougher with more things running (light bar, headlights, heat, radio, cb, etc.) Replaced the IAC valve, now it seems to be the exact opposite... it messes up when I DONT have all of these things running. Inbetween gear shifts it seems worse, if I stomp the gas 1/2 the time it will level out fine, the other halfd of the time it will choke and continue to choke (but rarely if ever stall). I can watch the battery gauge move with the idle, but that doesn't mean much?

I just replaced the IAC, and I seafoamed it, any ideas?

the line itself is about 20 bucks now knowing this its prob rusted hence the leaking now i did my left half a year ago pain in the but theres a clip that holds the line into the frame you got to pull it and then undo the conection to the metal line then next you take the screw out of the caliper and replace now it should come with 2 coper rings if not get them and replace

now check ur alt it could be bad

and what happened with the 4x4 did you pop the gear or . . .

Alt works when I hit gas it charges and when it runs it charges fine. If I run everything at once (above mentioned items) the gauge just goes down, doesn't stall the truck anymore. The light bar rapes the battery gauge the worst but when the truck runs properly it has less trouble.

Yes gear was shredded,
