Question front end with lsd?

is it possible to get a limited slip differential in the front end of my truck? its a dana 44. If i put it in would that enable me to drive on the pavement and allow wheel slack? totally random question but just one of them days....

I have never heard of LS on the front axle in a 4x4. That is why you are not supposed to drive them on dry pavement. Not sure if they even sell an LS for the front axles of these trucks.
