So i've been looking it up but all i read is the difference between 150's and the 250/350's i'm wondering if the 1980 f150 frame is the same as the 93 f150 frame. Got a class IV hitch off of a 1980 f150 the guy said it was a 2wd he upgraded to a 94 4wd front suspension. I'm just curious if this hitch will work on my 93 4wd pickup. I'm probably going to have to drill holes too huh? Thanks for any advice.

 

Yes it will fit. Yes you might have to drill holes.
