Which truck? There are 3 in your sig.

A Ranger is a light-duty compact pickup - nothing about it is "heavy duty".

Quad front shocks were a factory option on ~'84-96 4WD F150s/Broncos, but they don't make the suspension any "heavier-duty" than with the common 2-shock arrangement. It just tolerates rougher terrain & heavy trailers (still BELOW the truck's capacity) better because the shock oil doesn't get as hot.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Any weight you add to your truck will REDUCE its cargo & trailer capacity - even if you swap to a heavier axle. If you need to haul or pull anything heavier than your F150 can handle, buy a truck rated for more. You cannot modify any truck to handle more than it was originally built for.
