I I've had this new flywheel on for about 50 miles. But those have been all mudding miles and I got stuck and think my slave cylinder went out I've got it narrowed down to that I think. But I was just wondering if my flywheel ain't suppose to look like this. Also just to make sure it's my slave cylinder. I'd like some insight from y'all. My master when I unplugged it from the tranny held pressure couldn't pump it when I disconnected it and there's plenty of fluid. And the slave is not leaking. While the Truck is off I can put it into gear but not while it's running it just grinds. When I took the little rubber cover off and had my buddy press the clutch I could see something moving but the clutch would not let it go into gear. This is my first time dealing with a clutch. Just 50 miles ago I had a very trusted shop replace everything. So all parts are new. Any insight would be great. If I needa clear anything up ask away. Thanks for reading.

And here's the pics when I got stuck. I hit some ruts that I'd make it but big mistake didn't hit it fast enough and just dropped down into a hole. Was fun and worth it tho.

It looks like that because you burned the hell out of the clutch.

As long as there's not any heat cracks on the flywheel you should be fine. As for your gears grinding the seals in the slave cylinder may be prematurely failing. If its Ur slave cylinder. And if Ur slave cylinder is good it may be your synchronizers in the tranny itself.
