Manual transmission lubricant, 4-speed (1992 and earlier): SAE 80W gear lube
Transfer case lubricant: Dextron/Mercon III or better

It depends on what transfer case you have.
New Process 2-speed part time: 6-6.5 PINTS
Warner 13-45 fulltime: 6-6.5 PINTS
Borg Warner 13-56 manual and electric shift: 2 U.S. QUARTS
Borg Warner 13-56 with PTO: 6.1 U.S. QUARTS

I can't identify which transfer case you have, but it's probably the New Process or Borg Warner manual shift.
