firing order?

Default firing order?

what is the firing order for my 1992 f150 302? i think i meesed up with plug wires, on The drivers side of the block is it the cylender labled 1-4 on drivers side and other side 5-8? or does it criss cross on firing order? sry if you get confused, best way i could describe it.

Should be 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8.

I think sometime around '94 it became 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 due to a different cam used, or something like that. Essentially, the 3-7 and 5-4 were switched in the order.

The numbering is 1-4 on the passenger side, front to back. 5-8 is the driver side, front to back
