The first question is a trouble shooting procedure that takes the ECU out of the Ingition loop. The second question is to make sure you replaced the TFI module with the correct replacement (There's more than one that fits but won't work). Just trying to take some of the "hell" out of your "cunfusin". Ignition probs suck.
