Unhappy f150 lack of power

I have a 6 cyl 5 speed manual transmission with loss of power. I have changed plugs, wires, fuel pumps, oxygen sensor, rotor and cap. Not sure what else to do. Has over 220k on engine and runs fine at idle. Trouble starting cold and will only stay running when pumping accelerator, but once warms up starts fine and idles fine. When shifting, must reeve up the gas so won't totally bog down, with no power and must ease into giving gas because of no power.

I have no idea but as for the starting cold thing, mine does the same time. I just throw it up to about 1500 RPMs for like less than 4 seconds and after that it runs fine.

as i accelerate it dosnt seem to get full or power. It sputers as i climb up on speed and it takes awhile to get there. I have to have the rpm over 2100 in order to even get it up speed. Even there its slow. If you guys have any advice id appreciate your help.

One thing you could try is some fuel injector cleaner it might have some build up after 220k.

Default cleaner

I have put heat and at least 3 or 4 bottles of cleaner in the tank.

You mentioned you changed plugs wires cap rotor and fuel pump (those can be a pain). Don't forget the basics and check the timing. I had a 5.0 the the distributor would move if not tightened down real good. It would take some time but after a couple oil changes it would seem kinda sluggish and sure enough the timing would be way back.

Kinda off the subject but a real story: I bought my truck from a fellow in New Mexico while I was ther on business. He bought a new Dodge and was selling the 91 Ford. I remember him saying the Dodge had way more power and after a couple highway trips back and forth to work I found it was a dog too. I eneded up doing a tuneup that did very little. I had to buy a timing light since I was out of state but when I checked it I found the timing to be exactly on 0 degrees. Kinda fortunate for me since I love the truck.
