Default Exhaust Question

So Im looking into getting a glasspack for my truck, and wondering what size I will be able to fit on the stock exhaust pipe without having to weld it. I need it temporarily, so I will be using clamps to keep it on.

I have a 1989 XLT Lariat 5.0 & I need the correct I/O diameter, thanks.

Should be 2.25 if anything cut the pipe where your gona put it and measure it and run it without a muffler for a day or too or you should be able to just measure the tip of you exhaust it should be the same all the way unless your coming straight off the resinator

No, I don't have my truck down with me, yet. It's up in Prescott, about an hour and a half away, so I can't do much...
