yeah thats what i figured. and it is a small family owned shop. im gonna go and check out some other places, if i can fnid them haha. aint too much near where i live.

i know this is wayyy late haha but i stopped at a midas on my way home from work the other day, and got the same price. what the heck, i guess shops in my area don't give a sh** and just wanna charge people insane amounts of money.

Your problem is you're talking to the people behind the counter, and you went to Midas. Go to a lesser known or privately owned shop and talk to the guy doing the work. Slip him a twenty or something if you have to , it could save you hundreds.

i went to midas because the small business i went to first tried to charge me $500 haha. but i believe i was talking to the guy at midas who does all the bending. they made i seem that way anyway by making me wait an hour for "the guy who can bend" to show up. i think ill go to the other place and try sean's method haha
